Where prescription medicines may form part of an appropriate treatment plan, these options and their associated costs will only be discussed with you following an individual consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare practitioner.
Patients who have completed the relevant consultation may be provided with access to private information relating to the treatment options and fees discussed with them.
