Dr Tom Parmakellis has been a cosmetic physician since 1992. As our resident doctor, Tom performs all consultations and medical treatments with our clients at Lookfresh.

Dr Tom introduced laser hair removal to Australia in 1992 and ran an extremely successful laser practice at this clinic in Parramatta for many years.

Dr. Tom holds a prominent position as the educational event coordinator for the CPCA's NSW branch, highlighting his significant contribution to the field of cosmetic medicine. His dedication to advancing industry knowledge and practice standards showcases his commitment to excellence in patient care and professional development.

As a recognised leader in the field, Dr Tom is appointed senior trainer for multiple international pharmaceutical corporations, training doctors and nurses in the art of cosmetic medicine. He also independently runs Sydney-based training programs and masterclasses which are attended by general practitioners Australia wide.

I’ve spent many years working as a nurse in cosmetic medicine—a field that’s always felt like a natural fit, perfectly blending my artistic side with my medical skills.

The most satisfying part of aesthetics is helping patients feel their best and bringing back their confidence. My patients often say they appreciate my natural “less is more” approach, and that I’m very gentle.

During treatments, I ensure patients feel comfortable by explaining what I’m doing every step of the way and checking in with them often to make sure they’re okay. I want patients to know exactly what to expect and feel comfortable asking any questions at any time.

To stay current, I regularly listen and read about the latest cosmetic treatments around the world and continually learn from the most experienced professionals in the field.

I’m a registered nurse with a background in general practice, which has given me a strong foundation in patient care and a holistic approach to treatment.

I have a passion for aesthetic medicine and believe in enhancing natural beauty with subtle, balanced results.

I love individualising treatments and take the time to understand each patient’s unique features and goals.

I always aim to give honest, realistic advice and put my patients first. Building long-term relationships is really important to me, and I want every patient to feel comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

Our wonderful Skin Expert, Delyse, has had over 15 years of Dermal Therapy experience.
She has undergone extensive professional training in each of our high-end devices and consistently delivers the best results, tailored to the individual needs of the patient.
Delyse’s honest facial appraisals ensure your goals are realistically achievable as she guides you to the treatment that will provide the most benefit.
